Since its founding in 2010, Smart for Accounting and Auditing has worked alongside companies and institutions across a range of sectors at every stage of their growth — from formation and setting up the accounts, through to tax compliance, audit, and the issuing of financial statements.
Over these years the firm has worked through the exceptional economic and monetary changes Lebanon has undergone, gaining well-grounded practical experience in handling the accounting and tax complexities that accompanied them, and in providing the counsel management needs in such conditions.

Direct professional supervision
The firm is led by its two founding partners, Mr Sadek Jaafar and Mr Mohammad Al Saiidi, both Certified Public Accountants and members of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants.
